Replica of a Hidden Blade of Ezio Audiotore da Firenze from AC2
-
I’ve always find the mechanisms of hidden blades intriguing since I first played Assassin’s Creed games.
After years of building up skillsets enabling me to make one and patronage of private investors It became a project.

Item #357 is a replica of the “hidden blade”, specifically the ones Ezio Auditore da Firenze used in Assassin’s Creed 2.
Speculation from the concept and promotional art of the game suggests this is an anomaly amongst the other hidden blades found in the franchise:
In the franchise these are case-like bases holding a blade hidden inside that can be carried on the users’ wrists, hence the name.
The blade section is almost always either depicted as a single piece or a two pieced blade, single extension and dual extension respectively.
However, the promotional and concept art for ACII demonstrates their variant has a 3rd extension on the base itself letting a small portion of the Ezio’s wrist exposed. Making it the only known triple extending hidden blade in the franchise.
