Born from a personal commitment to bringing awe & joy to people by the things we make; An attempt to create an animal devoid of sin, only to exist for watching over the helpless and vulnerable. Inspired by the scriptures of the past and present alike, bearing The Golem’s name and in the form of a holy white dove, Emet was made.

A journey led to creating a sophisticated automaton in a hubris attempt to match the levels of the divine design that proved feasible and profitable. Emet may be devoid of sin, but humanity is not; This is a cautionary tale where even the best intentions could be twisted with misuse, it is by design.

Item #338 is a mechanical unmanned ornithopter drone with the charactheristics of a white dove (columba livia domestica).

Whole system is articulated by wireworks that could be converted to hydraulics driven motion with minor modifications.

Head: Due to it’s intended universally unthreathening apparence, it can split its head open into a three petal “blossom” shape simillar to a trillium grandiflorum for the pourpose of deterrence and protecting of it’s optic sensor.

Wings: Fully articulated for better control and natural look, whole assebly can collapse in a more natural “perching” look.

Proposed function to the wings is to have them act as parabolic listening devices utlizing the geometry of the inner wing when grounded on a phoenix stance.

(This and the head’s combined suddent deployment creates a deterrent to confuse the possible hostiles in the presence of lacking actual physical deterrents)

Body/Chasis: It houses most of the major hardware from the micro servos adjusting the appendiges, energy cell, RC transmitter and the “Heart” assembly.
The Heart Assembly is a high torque moderate speed motor that is attached to a 3-pointed CAM turning the continious rotary motion into rectilinear motion suitable for ornithopter usage of the wings.
